Back and re-vamped.
Firstly I would like to apologise for being away for so long and our lack of activity in the past few months. I know our following isn't huge but to the few of you that were looking forward to seeing Dynamism take off, I'm deeply sorry. I'll do my best to make it up to you in the future as an owner and e-sports enthusiast.
I'll begin by explaining our absence and how were going to approach this moving forward.
When we first created Dynamism, we were full of enthusiasm, ideas and hope that we could make something spectacular. We believed in the organisation we were beginning to build and the motives and people behind it. Unfortunately however, the financial side of creating an organisation was more than we initially expected. The teams that we were interviewing were all interviewing and were actively looking to take on were receiving offers from other parties that exceeded what we could offer at the time. I'm not going to lie, when we lost our potential team to another organisation, it put us in a different mindset. We realised that we would have to re-look at what we were offering and the level of team that we could afford to take on. This lead to us "fizzling out" and losing interest as we soon realised that the teams we could take on were not the ones we really wanted and as management, that's an extremely un-healthy mindset as you have to believe in your team 110%. We decided to take a step back and re-look at our strategy and that's where quite a few people went there seperate ways and we parked Dynamism for a future time.
Well, that time is now here and I'm raring to go.
I'll slowly begin the process of getting Dynamism back on track. How I'm going to do that is going to change and I'll keep you all updated with the progress.
I would like to thank everyone who has supported us thus far and hopefully give a bright future to this team. While only a few of you, I appreciate it all.
Oliver "Rhythmix" Parfitt.
